In a remedial treatment, we use deep tissue massage alongside cupping, dry needling, myofascial release and PNF stretching to cover all areas and to help prevent or treat injury.

Deep tissue massage uses trigger point therapy techniques to release muscle tension and increase circulation / blood flow to the muscles. It is great for injury prevention and treatment but also for muscle longevity and better quality of life.

Oncology massage is to help reprieve and relax cancer patients who are undergoing, been through or starting cancer treatment.
